Can cots and highchairs be provided?

If cots and highchairs are required then please ask at the time of booking and it will be arranged with cost and quality questions answered.

Are the prices shown per property?

Yes, our prices are for the rental of the whole property for the standard number of people and for a week. You can find out the actual prices for the size of your party and desired duration in the first booking enquiry screen.

Are there any extra costs?

Normally not, but if there are optional extras such as for electricity (e.g. pool heating or air-conditioning) then supplementary charges will be made clear at the time of booking.

Do you take online bookings?

Yes, however in most cases we need to confirm availability before taking any of your money so you submit your details and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the booking and then arrange settlement.

Can I pay the balance online?

Yes, you can pay online and we take debit and credit cards.

Are the properties listed visited and inspected?

Yes, we or our local partners visit every property and gather images and if possible take videos and prepare floor plans. Our local agents and partners ensure that accommodation standards are maintained.

Is an accidental damage deposit taken?

Normally not but in some cases owners require a refundable security deposit and where this is the case you will be informed at the time of making the booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Properties will be available from 2:00 PM local time on the day of arrival and they should be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This allows sufficient time for cleaning.

Is there a maid service?

Maid service will vary depending on circumstances from the minimum of a preparation clean to two additional cleans a week. Pools are normally cleaned twice a week.

When are you available to answer queries?

We will respond to emails, telephone calls and Online Chat questions during normal business hours 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and quite often outside of those hours.

Do you book flights?

No, but we can suggest the airlines that serve the relevant destination.

Are 2021 bookings possible?

Yes.

What are car hire firms’ current license requirements?

The UK photo driving license card is required plus the equivalent of the old paper counterpart: you should either obtain a PDF download from the DVLA website or pass on your DVLA unique code for the hire firm to use. In practise many firms only require the license card but you should not depend on this.
